Blue-C Partners with Mercy Ships

Mercy Ships

Blue-C has formed a partnership with Mercy Ships to support the hospital charity in its mission to bring hope and healing by providing vital surgical care and education for African communities.

Over the past 45 years, Mercy Ships has performed more than 114,000 life-changing surgeries and 488,000 dental operations on its hospital ships and trained over 53,000 medical professionals, impacting the lives of an estimated 2.8 million people.

These efforts are funded by voluntary donations and corporate sponsorship, while its two hospital ships deployed in Africa – Global Mercy and Africa Mercy – are staffed almost entirely by volunteers.

Through this partnership, Blue-C will provide PR services with the aim to raise awareness of Mercy Ships’ mission and strengthen industry support as the charity seeks to expand its important work.

It is exciting to be able to contribute our services to help make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and lift communities that otherwise would not have access to safe and affordable surgical care.”
